Salmon Free of the Mediterranean

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 escalopes of salmon from 200gr. each;
  • 300 gr. of cherry tomatoes;
  • 20gr. of Taggiasche olives;
  • 20gr. of capers from Pantelleria;
  • 3 or 4 fine anchovy fillets;
  • parsley, marjoram, thyme, basil, garlic;
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
