Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 escalopes of salmon from 200gr. each;
- 300 gr. of cherry tomatoes;
- 20gr. of Taggiasche olives;
- 20gr. of capers from Pantelleria;
- 3 or 4 fine anchovy fillets;
- parsley, marjoram, thyme, basil, garlic;
- extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
